Learning, growth, achievement, glory – a story about long-term employees…
Every company has its philosophy and culture. Serving in a company for more than five years undeniably signifies an acknowledgment of the corporate culture and personal values. But what does a company expect from its employees? To design a set of trophies for long-term employees, we had several discussions with the corporate management. The whole design includes four types of trophies for 5, 10, 15, and 20 years of service. We wanted them to be part of a series that also reflects the company’s cultural values.
During the design process, we presented many ideas. Finally, the “Life Has Direction” concept was approved by the group. We designed four mountain peaks, each a milestone, with bronze figures on top representing a forward-moving posture. Each peak embodies a principle, showcasing the values of learning, growth, achievement, and glory.
With each 5-year milestone passed, a new phase of life awaits at the peak, symbolizing a shared story of struggle and success between the company and its employees.
